Fabiola has been crutching all day (about 15 hours). At first she is leaving her house and crutching in the street for a long time until she finds a park and is resting her foot in a bench with a great close-up shot of her wrinkled sole and toenails paint in black. 

Few hours later she is crutching again but wearing differents clothes. Her toenails still paint in black and is crutching for a long time with great shots. She is complaining a few times and showing pain in her armpits because she has been crutching for many hours.
