At the start she is crutching in a Barcelona city with a lot of people around. She is also crutching inside an old square and between the old town street. She is crutching completely barefoot and you can see how her ankle is swollen and bruise.

Then is resting her foot in a public bench while is rubbing her foot and massaging her toes while is explaining why she is not using a cast anymore, pain, toes mobility, her experience crutching for almost a month...She is trying to move her toes and ankle but are too swollen and bruise.
