Ivanna sprained her ankle while she was hanging out last month. She was diagnosed with a broken ankle. After this video she removed the cast herself because was causing a lot of pressure.

During the video she is crutching, explaining what happened while she is smoking and resting her casted foot with a great close-up shot of her sole and toes. She is also showing pictures of her foot when at emergency room. At the end she is hopping and cleaning her toes in the fountain.
