During the video Lorena is crutching in a shopping mall while is using a real aircast with almost her entire foot exposed. Her toenails are paint and pedicure is done. She is crutching for a while very fast non-stopping until she enters inside a shoe store.

She wants to feel sexy even that she is on crutches so she take a high heel and is crutching inside the store for a while non-stopping wearing a high heel. She is crutching very smooth even that she is using a heel. She is also resting her foot on one crutch while is wearing a high heel in the other foot. There is a great close-up shot of her sole and perfect toes.

Then she leaves the shoe store and continues crutching with a sneaker shoe inside the shopping mall for also a long time. She is buying some cosmetics and interacting with people while is crutching. She is also resting her leg in one crutch many times as you can see on the preview image.
