At the start Fabiola is crutching in the public street using a wrap on her ankle. Her toenails are paint in black during the video. She is crutching for a long time non-stopping. After a long time crutching she is trying to crutching upstairs but suddenly falls and twists her other ankle. She is in a lot of pain and cant use her crutches anymore because her both ankles are sprained.

Then she is resting her both sprained ankles with a great close-up shot of her wrinkled soles and toenails while is massaging her sprained feet. She is in pain while is massaging her feet and not able to use crutches anymore.
